Why I Choose Natural Over Pills 🌿
I've never been a fan of pills. The long list of side effects, the way they can mess with your body in ways they never tell you upfront — it's just not for me. My journey to herbal wellness started because I wanted something better, something that truly works with my body instead of against it.
If you've been following along on Facebook, you've probably seen little snippets of my story. I've been sharing bits and pieces of what led me to create 4 Leaf Peace Herbals — a path built on love, healing, and the belief that nature gives us what we need.
This month is extra special for me — I'll be turning 34 on March 21st 🌸✨. I don't care what the calendars say — that day has always been the first day of spring in my heart. New beginnings, fresh blooms, and the promise of something beautiful — just like this journey I'm on.
Along the way, two of my biggest loves have been elephants and cats 🐘🐱 — creatures full of wisdom, strength, and unconditional love. They've always been little symbols of comfort and joy in my life.
